Steps

1

Collect all necessary ingredients for your meal, such as sirloin steak, onion, bell peppers, teriyaki sauce, and skewers. Ensure you have everything you need before starting.

2

First, chop the sirloin steak into medium-sized chunks and add to a bowl. Then, marinate in teriyaki sauce and season with salt and pepper (to taste) giving it a stir. Set aside! While that marinates, wash and chop onion and bell peppers into medium-sized chunks. Then, mix into the bowl with the sirloin steak and teriyaki sauce giving it a stir until all ingredients are evenly coated in teriyaki sauce.

3

Bring a pot of water to a boil for the rice (this is optional). Cook rice according to your recipe. Pay attention to cooking times to avoid overcooking or undercooking!

4

Begin to add ingredients to your skewer alternating between ingredients (sirloin steak, onion, pepper, pineapple…). Repeat this process until all of your ingredients have been used. Then, add kebabs to a grill (this is my personal preference) or a skillet and cook until sirloin steak and veggies are cooked to your liking basting with leftover teriyaki sauce. I personally love my Good Cook Touch Silicone Basting Brush (https://a.co/d/5AVcpIX) from Amazon!

5

Serve kababs over rice or by themselves immediately and top with yummy Hawaiian sauce.

Enjoy and share with your family and friends!
