Since quarantine began in the Tri-state area, it seems people are attempting to combat the bitterness of the times with the sweetness of baked goods. And with the warm weather approaching ice cream seems to be the next fixation. I have to admit, ice cream has always been a weakness for me. The tendency to overindulge is all too easy. But through the inspired word of King Solomon in the book of Proverbs we are warned not to “eat too much, or it [honey] will make you sick” (25:16 NLT).
